We are taking this step to put our relationship with you at the center of our care, and to improve the services we deliver.
Over the last couple of months we have experienced dramatic shifts in how care is organized and delivered. Implementing and enforcing new safety measuresallows us to remain consistent with our professional values and to provide safe personalized, high quality care for you and your family.
Enforcing New Safety Measures
Anyone entering our facilities will be required to:
- Sanitize both hands
- Wear a mask
- Agree to have our staff take your temperature
Limiting Appointments
To create the most personal experience possible, we are limiting our appointments. Carrying a much smaller number of patients, allows us to spend extra time in sanitizing prior to spending quality time with you.
- Spreading out our appointments substantially to avoid overcrowding
- Allowing only 1 scheduled patient in our lobby at a time
(Friend or family member must wait in the car)
- Requiring all providers to wear masks during your treatments at all times
- Requiring all patients to wear masks during treatments
- Requiring all staff to wear masks at all times
Taking Extra Sanitary Precautions
Due to this pandemic, we’re:
- Following the CDC’s guidelines very carefully
- Adding extra precautions to ensure maximum safety for all of our patients, staff and visitors
- Continuing to engage in regular deep cleanings of treatment and OR rooms after each use
- Providing temperature readings to staff and patients
