"I was never happy with my less than A cup breasts which had lost a substantial amount of volume after breast feeding two children. "For as long as I can remember I have felt very confident about my body. But as I got older I felt that clothes and swimsuits were not fitting as well as I would have liked. I decided to have breast augmentation surgery. Like most I checked out a few websites, and looked for doctors that had the best before and after pictures. When I came across Dr. Pietraszek’s website, I was very impressed with the photos. I decided to schedule a few consultations. When I first met with Dr. Pietraszek, I felt very comfortable. Every member of his staff was extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. Every concern I had was addressed, and every fear was eliminated. Before surgery I was a small B cup, with Dr. Pietraszek’s help we decided on a 400 cc implant bringing me to a small D cup. The recovery process for me was difficult, but well worth it in the end. I felt amazing after my surgery, I loved trying on new clothes and swimsuits. I would recommend this surgery to anyone who wants to boost their self confidence."

"I was always concerned about the size of my breasts, never happy buying tops and finding an 'acceptable' bathing suit. I had surgery with Dr. Pietraszek ten years ago. I chose Dr.Pietraszek because a couple friends had their surgeries done by him and were very pleased with their results. I also liked the fact that he had many years of experience, specializing in breast surgery. He made me feel very comfortable and spent a lot of time with me during my consultation surgical experience and post-operative care. Dr. Pietraszek's staff is also wonderful, they were 10 years ago and continue to be to this day. I decided to go back to Dr. Pietraszek six months ago to change out my saline implants to the new silicone implants. After my first surgery, I remember it was a bit uncomfortable the first few days, however my recent surgery was much easier to recover from with almost no discomfort at all, and I was back to work very quickly. I am much happier with the feel and look of the new silicone implants. I'm back to my normal activities, healing very nicely, and feel great. I even felt comfortable enough to do a photo shoot for Dr.Pietraszek in my bathing suit."

“I have always been a healthy person and somewhat of a naturalist. I noticed as I aged, things were not the same on my face. I noticed I now had jowls instead of cheeks. My neck was beginning to sag as well. The changes were very noticeable in pictures. I didn’t look like me anymore.
So I tried a few non-surgical treatments such as creams, face peels and Thermage. None seemed to do what I hoped for, so I decided to explore a full face lift. I met with Dr. Pietraszek and he spent a lot of time with me wanting to know what I didn’t like about my looks. I also indicated I did not want to look scared. He said ‘I am conservative.’, then explained what he thought would be best for me.. He went over each procedure and told me what I should expect. I met with Dr Pietraszek several more times before I had the surgery, for my own peace of mind.
The surgery itself was painless and I felt very supported throughout. I had only two little bruises, one on each cheek. Dr. Pietraszek called me personally that evening to see how I was doing...a nice personal touch! His entire staff is the best! They are very caring people.
I am very happy with the results. I look at least ten years younger and feel really good about me. I got inspired to lose some weight and exercise more. My husband didn't really want me to have a face lift, but now he loves my new look! Everyone who knows me tells me how great I look. I'm so excited about it, I usually just blurt out that I've had a face lift. Now everyone wants to know the name of my doctor.
We're in the age when we are living longer, so we might as well look and feel good!"
